1.     Processing of personal data in Learn Handball AS

When using our application, Learn Handball AS (hereinafter referred to as Learn Handball) will process your personal data. Below you will find information regarding the data we collect, why we do this and your rights related to the processing of your personal data.

2.     Why do we collect and process personal data and what kind of information we process

We collect and process your personal data for different purposes depending on who you are and how we get in touch with you. We will only collect personal data to the extent necessary to provide our service, Learn Handball (hereinafter referred to as the Service). Our processing of personal data is based on consent, in order to fulfil agreements with you or legal obligations.

We process the following personal data:

Users

We will process personal data about customers and users of the service, including contact person at the individual club, coaches and players.

Information processed about the customer is; country, club name, club initials, email address, password, name and phone number, as well as the names of the teams/(s) and age levels of the teams/(s) who will use the Service.

In order to facilitate the dissemination of training plans and exercises to fellow coaches and players, the main users of the system (club manager/coaches) can enter and store the following information in two categories;

- Coaches and co-trainers: name, phone and email address. These will have the opportunity to complete the creation of a user in Learn Handball, and can then download the app and log in.

- Players: name and phone number. Players are linked to teams and clubs with the same details recorded on the customer.

Only the person registered as a coach can add players to their team in the app so that players can access trainings and exercises. It is thus the individual coach's responsibility to obtain the necessary consent from the players' guardians where the players are under the age of 16 and where this is deemed necessary.

To limit the amount of personal data uploaded, Learn Handball encourages not to use the full names of players.

Posts

Coaches can add their own exercises and upload videos of in-app exercises and can share them with players on their teams. It is prohibited to share sensitive personal data or upload videos of other persons without the consent of the individual/guardian/rights holder of the video.

Learn Handball is not responsible for the content of the videos that the individual needs and/or club uploads. Learn Handball will not actively review the content of the videos uploaded. Learn Handball nevertheless reserves the right to delete uploaded videos if the content is deemed to be in violation of applicable law or otherwise may be offensive or in violation of applicable ethical norms.

Information recorded using the app

When downloading the app, the user's Device ID, mobile device name and operating system are stored in order to identify the correct user, more easily assist with user inquiries and send notifications. Notifications must be approved by the individual user and can be configured on the user's mobile device.

Payment

Payment of the service is made either by credit card or invoice. Invoice is only available for annual club subscriptions. We have attached great importance to security when we have developed our payment solution. That's why we use Stripe to handle all card transactions. When it comes to ecommerce, they're among the best on the market on safety and security. We remind you that you have a 14-day full right of return and that you are protected by the Financial Agreements Act when you pay with VISA or Mastercard.

Marketing

When creating a user in Learn Handball, you can choose to receive our newsletters. In our newsletter solution (provided by Mailchimp), we only store your email address. Deletion/unsubscribe is possible with each newsletter mailing, or by contacting Learn Handball directly.

We use Mailchimp as a data processor to handle the sending of the emails. This means that the information sent out, including your e-mail address, may be stored with the third party as long as they keep logs for dispatch. Read more about Mailchimp's use of cookies on mailchimp.com/legal/privacy

When creating a user in Learn Handball, the user accepts emails sent from our system. An example of such an email might be: "Your card has expired and you need to update..." or "Now it's been 3 weeks since you last used the system..."

When creating a user in Learn Handball, the user can choose to receive notifications.

In videos or in the system, Learn Handball can make use of product placement or sponsorship viewing.

3.     On what grounds do we process your personal data

We process your personal data on the following grounds:

Provide the Service and implement the Subscription Agreement. In order for us to fulfil the agreement with you and provide the Service, we must process personal data of users when creating a subscription for the Service. The basis for processing is GDPR Art. 6 no. 1 b).

We use your data to manage the customer relationship and identify users. The basis for processing the processing is a legitimate interest in processing the personal data, cf. GDPR art. 6 no. 1 f).

In some cases, we will ask for your consent regarding the processing of data not provided by the points above. The basis for processing is GDPR Art. 6, no. 1 a). You can always withdraw your consent by contacting Learn Handball directly.

4.     Cookies

Like many other systems, apps and websites, cookies are used to get a general overview of the number of visits and habits among those who visit our websites or use our system. "Cookies" are small pieces of information sent to your device that are stored on your device's hard drive in order to enable access to the user's action pattern. This is to be able to analyze and then offer the best customized product.

By using our website, you agree that we put these in your browser. Most newer browsers are set to automatically accept cookies. If you do not wish, you can change settings right in the browser. On Nettvett.no you can read about how you can set your browser to accept or reject cookies.

Google Analytics

To get the best possible idea of what you are concerned about and how you use our websites, we use the Google Analytics tool. Using anonymized data, Google Analytics tells you how many people visit which pages, where readers come from, at which time the pages are most visited, etc. Data that can identify you as a person is not sent to Google. Facebook

In order to show you the most relevant ads possible, Facebook offers advertising aimed at users of a website. Facebook as a third party may use cookies and similar technologies to collect or receive information from the website, and use that information to provide statistics and targeted advertisements. 5.    Disclosure of personal data to others

We do not pass on your personal data to others without the need to perform our services, or there is a legal or contractual basis for such disclosure or if you have consented to this.

Learn Handball may use data processors to collect, store or otherwise process personal data on Learn Handball's behalf, such as in connection with the provision of IT services and accounts. In such cases, we have entered into agreements to ensure information security at all stages of processing.

6.    Storage time

We store your personal data with us for as long as required by our processing purposes, the statutory retention periods and our legitimate interests in processing for documentation and evidence purposes or if storage is technically necessary. The information will be securely deleted as soon as the purpose of the processing is no longer available. This means, for example, that personal data that we process on the basis of your consent is deleted if you withdraw your consent, unless Learn Handball has to retain personal data on other processing grounds. If so, you will be notified by us. The same applies to personal data we process in order to fulfil an agreement with you, and which will normally be deleted when the agreement is fulfilled and all obligations a resulting from the contractual relationship are fulfilled.

Upon termination of subscription, the user information will be normally deleted within 6 months.

7.    Your rights when Learn Handball processes personal data about you

You have the right to demand access, rectification and erasure of the personal data we process about you.

Under settings on your user in the system, you can delete all data stored about your user. Note: if you delete your user, all information about this user will be deleted and it will not be possible to retrieve it. It will take 7 days for all traces of your user to be deleted in our backup systems.

Under settings on your user in the system, you can download what we have stored about your user. In the universal system language (JSON).

You also have the right to demand limited processing, object to the processing and claim the right to data portability. You can read more about the content of these rights on the Norwegian Data Protection Authority's website datatilsynet.no

To apply your rights, you must contact Learn Handball directly, see contact information above. We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible and no later than 30 days.

You may at any time withdraw your consent for the processing of personal data with us. The easiest way to do this is to contact Learn Handball directly. However, if you withdraw your consent, this may mean that the services provided or processing that take place on the basis of your consent will not be able to be implemented.

8.    Complaints  

If you believe that our processing of personal data does not comply with what we have described here, or that we in other ways violate the privacy legislation, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority. 9.    Changes

This privacy policy does not form part of an agreement with you. We can amend this privacy policy at any time. The version of the privacy policy published on our website is the current version.
