About Learn Handball
Learn Handball and Bjarte Myrhol believe that good coaches at junior level are one of the most important things we can give our children, for them to experience mastery, joy and well-being on the handball court.
“I have always had a desire to train and develop children in handball. I love seeing that joy of play and eagerness to learn that kids have. That's why I came up with the idea to create Learn Handball — an optimal opportunity for me to reach out to as many kids as possible. Learn Handball therefore has this goal:
Give all children (6 - 16 years) equal opportunities to experience mastery and joy, and therefore well-being on the handball court!
Having played many years at the top level I have gained a huge network within handball. I have used this network to collect exercises and training tips from the highest world class so that the content of Learn Handball would be as exciting, innovative and academically good as possible — seasoned with a good portion of joy, fun and play.”
