Learn Handball is created by Bjarte Myrhol in close collaboration with the best coaches and players in the world. Exercises and training plans are primarily developed in accordance with the Norwegian and Danish development models – with exciting contributions from other parts of the world.
All content is thoroughly quality assured by coaches with professional expertise – both in terms of handball and socially. Handball and training methods will always be evolving, and Learn Handball will continuously follow this development with exercises that inspire, engage, and are innovative.
