NEW EXERCISES: Now world stars like Sander Sagosen and Andy Schmid show their most important exercises in Learn Handball
With”Learn from the stars“Some of the world's best players show off the exercises that have brought them to the top. Along with a lovely bunch of engaged kids, the stars share simple exercises, tips and tricks that will make everyone a better handball player.
With the category”Handball skills“We focus on exercises young handball players can do on their own in the garden, in the parking lot or in the school yard.
After the last update of the system, our users can now easily enter all playerson the team and share exercises directly with them. The goal is for us to inspire the handball to be used between the organized trainings in the hall, as we see to a greater extent is the case with football. Playing with ball provides increased ball sensation andcontrol resulting in mastery and enjoyment.
Here are some simple tips you can share with your co-parent group:
- Don't pack away the handball when the kids get home from training. Leave it in front so that the threshold for the ball to be brought into play is low
- All play with ball increases ball feeling and control, which in turn creates mastery and joy
- Take the handball on vacation, at the cottage or at the camp school
- Clear a small corner at home where handball is allowed. Use a soft ball if there are a lot of fragile heirlooms nearby
- Paint a target or flashes on the garage door
- Join us and throw some passes before bedtime (then the children also sleep better afterwards)
- Check out the video below, Bjarte Myrhol and a 9-year-old boy show the stuss around the chair as an example of a nice home exercise.
